Tree House Lake Garda
The villa's 11-metre saltwater pool and striped lawn in front of the house on a summer day

Outdoors

Five thousand square meters of shade and lawn

Over the olive trees to the Valtenesi hills

The park

Planted long before us

5,000 m² (1.2 acres) of old palms, cedars, pines, magnolias, figs and olive trees. You arrive along an avenue-like driveway, lit at night, behind an automatic gate.

Somewhere in the green there's a marble roundel under wisteria, with a place to sit and not much else to do.

The pool

From book to water

An 11 × 3.5 m (36 × 11 ft) saltwater pool set in the lawn, with sun loungers for the hours in between.

The terraces

Three terraces, 120 m² in all

Three terraces, 120 m² (1,290 sq ft) between them:

  • the marble main terrace, with a teak dining table and teak loungers
  • the garden apartment's Iroko terrace
  • the roof terrace under the cedar

Evenings

When the lights come on

The pool at dusk, the entrance lit up, and the driveway glowing all the way to the gate.
