The bay of Porto San Felice is 300 m (0.2 mi) away, along an olive-lined path. Down there: a beach, several restaurants (one of them gourmet), a water-sports academy, and a yoga and massage studio.

Around

Wine country, and a view

A 9-hole golf course and shops for daily needs are about 10 minutes by car. From the roof terrace, the Rocca di Manerba headland and Monte Baldo sit on the horizon. The Valtenesi is wine country, with its own rosé.

Salò, with its lakefront promenade, is close by, and boats go out to the Isola del Garda.
